Similarly, A Kulbhushan Toppo has been appointed as Secretary, GAD; Dhananjay Dewangan as Secretary, Housing and Environment; S Bhartidasan is Secretary, PHE; Himshikhar Gupta as Special Secretary Special Secretary (Independent Charge), Cooperative and Registrar of Cooperative Societies; Yashwant Kumar as Commissioner, Raipur division; Satyanarayan Rathor gets additional charge of Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection; Dr Tamboli Ayyaz Fakirbhai as Director, Agriculture and Saransh Mittar was made MD, Chhattisgarh Industrial Development Corporation.
