IAS officers reshuffled in Assam

IAS officers have been shifted in Assam. Syedain Abbasi, Special Chief Secretary to the Govt of Assam, Public Health Engineering, Water Resources and Irrigation Departments and Resident Representative, Govt. of Assam, New Delhi (addl) and Chairman, APDCL (addl) is relieved from the additional charges of Special CS, Irrigation Department and Resident Representative, Govt of Assam, New Delhi, while Kailash Chand Samaria, Chairman, Board of Revenue and ACS, Fishery Deptt (addl) is also posted as ACS, Irrigation Department and on return from Central Deputation, Mrs L Sweety Changsan is posted as ACS, Revenue & DM Department and ACS, Department of Tribal Affairs (Plain) and CEO, ASDMA as additional charges. Similarly, B Kalyan Chakravarthy, ACS, Panchayat & Rural Development, Cultural Affairs, Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship Departments & Chairman, State Level Recruitment Commission for Class-IV Posts (addl) is relieved from the additional charge of ACS, Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship Department; Mukesh Sahu is transferred and substantively posted as Principal Secretary, Transport Department and Principal Secretary, Border Protection & Development, Implementation of Assam Accord, Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship Departments as additional charges; Rakesh Kumar, MD, APDCL and Commissioner & Secretary, Excise Department (addl) and Chairman, APGCL (addl) is relieved from the additional charge of Commissioner & Secretary, Excise Department; Ashwani Kumar, Director, Directorate of Information Technology, Electronics & Communication (DITEC), Assam is also posted as Chief Data Officer, Assam State Data Policy, 2022 as additional charge; Dr Lakshmanan S, Secretary, Industries, Commerce & Public Enterprises Deptt, MD, Guwahati Smart City Limited and Mission Director, National Health Mission (NHM), Assam (addl) is transferred and substantively posted as Mission Director, National Health Mission (NHM), Assam and MD, Guwahati Smart City Limited and Secretary, Industries, Commerce & Public Enterprises Department (only limited to CMAAA) as additional charges; Adil Khan, Secretary, Transport, Welfare of Minorities Development Department and Environment & Forest Department (addl) and Barak Valley Development Department (addl) is substantively posted as Secretary, Excise Department and Secretary, Welfare of Minorities Development, Barak Valley Development and Irrigation Departments as additional charges; Mrs Riju Gogoi is transferred and posted as Secretary, Home & Political Department; Deba Prasad Misra as Secretary, Administrative Reforms & Training, Pension & Public Grievances Department and Director of Training, Assam Administrative Staff College as additional charge; Pallav Gopal Jha, Secretary, Science, Technology & Climate Change Department and Social Justice & Empowerment Department and Implementation of Assam Accord Department and Revenue & DM Department (addl) and Project Director, Assam Urban Infrastructure Investment Program (addl.) and Project Director, JICA Assisted Guwahati Water Supplies Project (addl) and Additional CEO, Assam State Disaster Management Authority is relieved from the additional charges of Secretary, Revenue & DM Department and Additional CEO, Assam State Disaster Management Authority and gets additional charge of MD, Guwahati Jal Board; Oinam Sarankumar Singh is substantively posted as Secretary, Handloom, Textile and Sericulture Department and Secretary, Water Resources Department and MD, Assam Silk Outreach Mission as additional charges; Dilip Kumar Borah, Secretary, Finance, Handloom, Textile and Sericulture and Transformation & Development Departments and MD, Assam Silk Outreach Mission (addl) is relieved from the additional charges of Handloom, Textile and Sericulture Department and MD, Assam Silk Outreach Mission; Dr Jeevan B, Secretary to the Chief Minister, Assam and CEO, FREMAA (addl), Chief Data Officer, Assam State Data Policy, 2022 and Secretary, Department of Innovation, Incubation & Start-Ups (DIIS) (addl) is substantively posted as Secretary, Department of Innovation, Incubation & Start-Ups (DIIS) and Secretary, Department of Housing and Urban Affairs, CEO, FREMAA and Officer in charge, EAP cell as additional charges and he is relieved from additional charge of Chief Data Officer, Assam State Data Policy and Megha Nidhi Dahal is also posted as Commissioner, Industries & Commerce, Assam as additional charge.
