IAS officers reshuffled in Himachal Pradesh

As many as 20 IAS officers in Himachal Pradesh have been transferred  and assigned new responsibilities. Ms Nisha Singh has been designated as ACS (Rural Development, Pachayati Raj, Administrative Reforms and Training & Foreign Assignments), while Bharat Khera was made Advisor (Regulatory Reforms), Govt of Himachal Pradesh at New Delhi and PS (PWD, Home and Vigilance, GAD, SAD, Sainik Welfare, Parliamentary Affairs), and Dr Rajneesh is now Advisor (Industries & Urban Affairs) to Govt of Himachal Pradesh at New Delhi and PS (Forests, Education & IT). Similarly, Subhasish Panda will be posted as Advisor (Infrastructure & Tourism) to Govt of Himachal Pradesh at New Delhi and PS to CM and PS (Excise & Taxation, Information & PR and Health & Family Welfare); Amitabh Avasthi as Secretary (Horticulture & Technical Education); J M Pathania as Director (Personnel & Finance), HP State Electricity Board; Vinod Kumar as MD, Kangra Central Cooperative Bank Ltd.; Sudesh Kumar Mohta, Director, Environment, Science & Technology, will hold additional charge of posts of MD, Himachal Pradesh Horticultural Produce Marketing and Processing Corporation Ltd. (HPMC), Shimla and Project Director, HP Horticulture Development Society; Lalit Jain was designated as Director, Environment, Science & Technology with additional charge of Member Secretary, HP State Council for Science Technology & Environment (HIMCOSTE), Shimla; Harikesh Meena, Director, Energy, was assigned additional charge of MD, HP Power Corporation Ltd., Shimla; Rajeshwar Goel will take over as MD, HP State Civil Supplies Corporation, Shimla; Manmohan Sharma as CEO-cum-MD, Shimla Smart City Ltd. with additional charge of MD, Shima Jal Prabandhan Ltd.; Ms Rupali Thakur as Director, Urban Development; Mrs Rima Kashyap as MD, HP Agro Industries Corporation Ltd. with additional charge of MD, HP Agro Industrial Packaging India Ltd.; Anurag Chander as MD, HP Backward Classes Finance & Development Corporation, Kangra; Rahul Kumar as CEO, HIMURJA, Shimla; Ms Sonakshi Singh Tomar as MD, HP Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes Development Corporation and MD, HP Mahila Vikas Nigam, Solan; Ms Gandharva Ratore as Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development)-cum-Project Director, DRDA, Kangra, Dharamshala; Manesh Kumar as Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development)-cum-Project Director, DRDA, Sirmaur, Nahan and Ajay Kumar Yadav will take charge as Resident Commissioner Pangi at Killar, District Chamba.
