Vijay Namdeorao Zande has been appointed as Secretary, Expenditure (Dept of Finance), while Mrs Gauri Parasher Joshi takes over as Special Secretary, Personnel and in addition MD, PSIDC and Sanyam Aggarwal is now Director, Higher Education. Similarly, Navjot Pal Singh Randhawa takes over as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Bathinda; Gulpreet Singh Aulakh as Deputy Commissioner, Tarn Taran; Ankurjeet Singh as Chief Administrator, Jalandhar Development Authority; Nikas Kumar as Additional Deputy Commissioner (General), Ludhiana; Harjinder Singh as ADC, (Rural Development), Ludhiana; Ms Divya P as SDM, Guru Har Sahai; Vivek Kumar Modi as SDM, Adampur and Krishna Pal Rajpoot was made SDM, Abohar.
