Thirteen IAS officers have been transferred and handed over new portfolios in Haryana. Rajesh Khullar has been appointed as ACS and Financial Commissioner, Revenue & Disaster Management with additional charges of ACS, School Education and ACS, Information, PR, Languages and Culture, while Sudhir Rajpal is posted as ACS, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare with additional charge of ACS, Civil Aviation. Similarly, Dr Sumitra Misra was shifted as ACS, Medical Education and Research and ACS, Women & Child Development; Ankur Gupta as ACS, Animal Husbandry and Dairying and ACS, Fisheries; Anurag Rastogi, ACS, Finance & Planning, will also hold charge of ACS, PW (B&R) & Architecture; Anand Mohan Sharan will also handle charge of ACS, Higher Education, in addition to his present duties; Dr Raja Sekhar Vundru was appointed as ACS, Housing for All and ACS, Foreign Cooperation; Ashok Khemka was assigned additional charge of ACS, Printing & Stationery,in addition to his present duties; Apoorva Kumar gets an additional charge of ACS, Energy Department,in addition to his present duties; Vijayendra Kumar is posted as PS, Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare SC & Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA); Arun Kumar Gupta will hold additional charge of ACS, Mines & Geology; Amneet P Kumar as Commissioner & Secretary, Haryana Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare Department and Vikas Gupta has been appointed as Commissioner & Secretary, Urban Local Bodies and he will also handle charge of CEO, Haryana Parivar Pehchan Authority.
