Aditya Mangal, Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), has been chosen for deputation to RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RCIL) as General Manager (Technology), Northern Railway, Delhi, for a period of three years. He is an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer.
