Centre will cater to the growing skill demand in the field of logistics
IIM Mumbai and IIM Sambalpur will jointly impart education in the
Centre under PM Gati Shakti programme
Centre aims to strengthen the logistic and supply chain by providing IT
enabled education, which shall help the economy of our Country to grow
Workforce of Angul, Dhenkanal as well as Odisha shall be benefitted from
Centre of Management Education
Logistics Management and Logistics Engineering Curriculum will cater to
the need of Industrial District like Angul
In first phase, the Centre will launch courses for duration of three, six and
one year PGPX courses
Due to reform and transparency in Mining policies by Hon’ble Prime
Minister, Angul and Dhenkanal District have been benefitted
A Centre of Management Education of IIM Mumbai and IIM Sambalpur was inaugurated by Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Hon’ble Union Minister for Education, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship yesterday at NALCO Training Institute in Angul, in presence of Shri Sridhar Patra, CMD, NALCO. Speaking on the occasion, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Hon’ble Union Minister said that Angul is rich in Industrial activities and well known for production of coal. The rail and road infrastructures are being developed and in this line, PM Gati Shakti program is being aligned with the newly inaugurated Centre of Management Education. The focus is to enhance the logistics and supply chain activities through digitisation.
