Four IAS officers have been transferred and posted as special secretaries in different departments in UP. Pawan Kumar has been appointed as Special Secretary, Public Works Department, while Ravindra Kumar-I is Special Secretary, Excise and Dhirendra Singh Sachan will take over as Special Secretary, Medical, Health and Family Welfare. Besides, Ashutosh Kumar Dwivedi was shifted as Special Secretary, Public Works Department.
