IAS officers reshuffled in Bihar

In a major administrative reshuffled, over 40 IAS officers have been given new responsibilities in Bihar. Rajkumar has been designated as MD of COMFED, while Pankaj Kumar has been appointed Director of Primary Education and Mohd Nayyar Iqbal takes over as Special Secretary of Food and Consumer Protection Department. Similarly, Rakesh Kumar was posted as Director of Chakbandi, Mithilesh Mishra as DM of Lakhisarai; Naveen Kumar as State Transport Commissioner, Bihar; Inayat Khan as Registrar, Cooperative Societies Bihar; Sunil Kumar Yadav as Additional Secretary of Labor Resources Department; Yogendra Singh as Director of Secondary Education with additional charge of Director of Mid Day Meal. Besides, Anand Sharma is shifted as Director of Panchayati Raj Department; Dr. Vidyanand Singh as Director of Economics and Statistics Planning and Development Department; Udita Singh as DM, Rohtas; Roshan Kushwaha as DM of Samastipur; Kumar Mangalam as Commissioner of Purnia Municipal Corporation; Atul Kumar Verma as Administrator of Bihar State Road Transport Corporation; J Priyadarshini as Director of Land Records and Measurement in Revenue and Land Reforms Department; Tushar Singla as DM of Begusarai; Varsha Singh as Joint Secretary in Urban Development and Housing Department; DM Vijay Prakash Meena as Director of Disability Bihar with additional charge of Joint Secretary of Social Welfare Department.
