As many as five IAS officers have been given new portfolios in Chhattisgarh. Accordingly, Avinash Champawat has been designated as Ex-officio Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner and Commissioner, Land Record, where Mukesh Kumar was made Secretary, GAD and Commercial Taxes and Ankit Anand was made Secretary, Commercial & Industries and PSUs Department. Similarly, Bhuvnesh Yadav has been appointed as Secretary, Secretariat and Muhammed Qaiser Abdulhaq was made Secretary, PHE.
