IAS officers reshuffled in Haryana

In total 54 IAS officers have been shifted in Haryana in a major administrative rejig. T L Satyaprakash is designated as Director General, Town and Country Planning and Secretary to Town and Country Planning Department and will also hold the charge of DG, Urban Estates and will continue as CEO (Designate) Drone Imaging and Information Systems of Haryana. Mohd Shayin, MD, Haryana Power Generation Corporation Ltd, and DG Supplies and Disposals, will now also handle the charge of Secretary Power Department and MD, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd. Vikas Yadav has been shifted as Commissioner, Faridabad Division and Special Commissioner, Health and Nutrition, Mewat Area, and Chairman, Mewat Development Agency, Nuh. Sanjay Joon is now DG, Development and Panchayats, DG Rural Development, Secretary to Rural Development Department and Secretary to Development and Panchayats Department. Phool Chand Meena takes charge as DG, Archaeology and Museums, and Secretary, Archaeology and Museums Department, while Shekhar Vidyarthi was posted as DG and Secretary, Industries and Commerce and DG, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Jagdeep Singh will hold the charge of Commissioner, Rohtak Division; Ramesh Chander Bidhan was shifted as Commissioner, Gurugram Division and Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, and MD Haryana Minerals Ltd.Ashok Kumar Meena as Commissioner and Secretary, Excise and Taxation Department; DK Behera, Director Urban Local Bodies, will hold additional charge of Director, Fire Services. Ravi Prakash Gupta is now Director Archives, and Special Secretary Archives Department. Rajiv Rattan will continue to hold the charge of Director and Special Secretary, Higher Education Department, Director and Special Secretary, Technical Education Department, with the addition of Director and Special Secretary, Science and Technology Department. Rippudaman Singh Dhillon has been transferred as Director and Special Secretary, Social Justice & Empowerment; Pankaj as Special Secretary,  Personnel, Training, Vigilance and Parliamentary Affairs; Sujan Singh as Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board; Jasbir Singh as Special Secretary, Fisheries and Special Secretary, Animal Husbandry and Dairying; Dr Garima Mittal as Administrator, HSVP, Faridabad and Additional Director, Urban Estate Faridabad; Jitender Kumar as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Faridabad; Shyam Lal Poonia as District Municipal Commissioner, Panipat; Mukul Kumar as Director and Special Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs; Naresh Kumar as Deputy Commissioner (DC), Bhiwani; Yash Pal as DC, Rohtak; Anju Chaudhary as Additional CEO, Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority; Yashendra Singh as Director and Special Secretary, Skill Development and Industrial Training; Narhari Singh Banger as Administrator, HSVP, Rohtak and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Rohtak; Pardeep Kumar as Director and Special Secretary, Environment and Member Secretary, Haryana State Pollution Control Board; Dhirendra Khadgata as District Municipal Commissioner, Rohtak; Dr Priyanka Soni as Deputy Commissioner, Ambala; Parth Gupta as Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa; Munish Sharma as Deputy Commissioner, Palwal; Vikram as Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad and CEO, Faridabad Smart City Ltd; Jagdish Sharma as Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad; Preeti as Deputy Commissioner, Charkhi Dadri; Uttam Singh as Deputy Commissioner, Hisar; Rahul Hooda as Deputy Commissioner, Yamunanagar and Shantanu Sharma will be posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra.
