Seven IAS officers have been shifted in Kerala. Dr S Karthikeyan has been designated as OSD to Chief Minister and State Director, National Health Mission, while Bishwanath Sinha was posted as ACS, Finance with additional charges of ACS, Store Purchase Department and CEO, Rebuild Kerala initiative. Besides, Dr Rathan U Kelkar was shifted as Secretary, Electronics and Information Technology with additional charge of Income Tax Department; Dr K Vasuki as Commissioner, Land Revenue and Kerala State Disaster Management Authority and National Cyclone Risk Mitigation Project (NCRMP); Jafar Malik will take over as Executive Director, Kudumbashree; H Dineshan as Director, Information and Public Relations and Asif K Yusuf is now Managing Director, Milma, Kerala.
