Kapil Jambhulkar – who is currently officiating as Cr CDO/Guwhati in Northeast Frontier Railway – has been designated as Assistant Director General in UIDAI, Regional Office, Guwahati, on a deputation basis (Foreign Service Terms) for a period of three years. He is an IRSME officer.
