NBCC AND HUDCO JOIN HANDS TO BOOST INFRASTRUCTURE AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT

In a significant stride towards bolstering infrastructure development and urban rejuvenation, NBCC (India) Limited, a Navratna CPSE, has entered into a strategic partnership with the Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO). 3 MoUs were signed between the two entities marking a pivotal moment in advancing collaborative efforts in various domains crucial to societal welfare and economic growth. The MoUs were formalized in the presence of Shri K. P. Mahadevaswamy, CMD of NBCC and Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD of HUDCO, along with other senior officials from both organizations. Their visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence underscore the shared goal of driving inclusive growth and transforming India's urban landscape.

 

 

Consultancy/ Fee Based Projects

This MoU underscores NBCC and HUDCO's shared commitment to undertaking Consultancy/Fee-based projects in key sectors including residential, commercial, institutional, and affordable housing projects. This collaboration aims to harness the collective expertise of both entities to deliver high-quality, sustainable infrastructure solutions that meet the evolving needs of urban communities.

CSR

Under this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), NBCC and HUDCO plan to work on advancing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) endeavors, with a primary focus on identified development and construction projects. This collaboration spans a comprehensive spectrum of activities, encompassing financing, design, construction, and procurement of essential materials and equipment. Through this partnership, NBCC and HUDCO aim to synergize their efforts to facilitate the realization of sustainable infrastructure initiatives, catering to the burgeoning needs of urban societies.

 

 

 

 

Asset Monetization

In a concerted effort to optimize asset utilization and drive economic growth, NBCC and HUDCO will also collaborate on Asset Monetization activities. This strategic partnership will focus on devising robust monetization strategies, conducting techno-economic feasibility studies, and providing end-to-end transaction advisory services. By leveraging innovative approaches such as Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), the two entities aim to unlock the latent value of public and private assets, thereby fostering economic prosperity and sustainable development. This collaborative endeavour between NBCC and HUDCO reflects a steadfast commitment to leveraging synergies, fostering innovation, and driving sustainable development. .
