As many as nine IAS officers have been shifted in UP. Rakesh Kumar Malpani has been designated as Special Secretary, Infrastructure and Industrial Development, where Awadesh Kumar Tripathi was posted as Special Secretary, Basic Education and Satya Prakash Patel will take charge as Director, Divyangjan Empowerment. Besides, Avnish Kumar Sharma will be posted as Special Secretary, Finance; Ashok Kumar as Special Secretary, Medical Eeducation; Surendra Prasad as Additional City Commissioner, Agra; Kunwar Bahadur as ADM, Pilibhit and Sameer is now Special Secretary, Urban Development. Besides, the transfer of Udai Bhanu Tripathi as Special Secretary, Urban Development has been cancelled.
