In a parallel exercise, a set of officers has been empanelled specifically for Additional Secretary equivalent posts in Government of India. These include D Saibaba (1992 batch IRSME), Dinesh Mahur and Mukesh Mangal (both 1992 batch ITS), Meenaxi Rawat (1993 batch IES) and Kumar Sanjay Bariar (1993 batch IP&TA&FS). The list also features Mayank Tiwari (1993 batch IRSME), Archana Sharma Awasthi (1994 batch IRS-IT), Nitesh Kumar Mishra (1995 batch ICAS), Anupam Mishra and Yashvir Singh (both 1995 batch IES), Anu Nagar (1995 batch IFoS, HP cadre), Anita Karn (1997 batch IFoS, Gujarat cadre) and Debolina Thakur (1998 batch IA&AS). This empanelment expands senior-level options across economic, technical and audit-related domains.
