One dozen Collectors honoured in MP

Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav  honoured a dozen collectors with gold medals on August 20, under the “Sampoornata Abhiyan Samman Samaroh”. The Sampoornata Abhiyan Samman Samaroh is a prestigious initiative by the Madhya Pradesh government to honor district collectors for their exceptional contributions to governance, public welfare, and holistic development under the Sampoornata Abhiyan. This campaign focuses on achieving comprehensive progress in areas such as education, healthcare, sanitation, and rural development. The ceremony awards the Chief Minister’s Gold Medal to collectors who have demonstrated exemplary leadership and innovation, reinforcing the state’s commitment to administrative excellence. The district collectors who will be honoured with gold medals include; The collectors to be felicitated include Gunche Sanober and Dr. Rahul Haridas Fating (former collector) from Barwani, Sudhir Kochar from Damoh, Priyank Mishra from Dhar, Rishav Gupta and Anup Kumar Singh (former collector) from Khandwa, Lokesh Jangid and Arun Kumar Vishwakarma (former collector) from Niwari, Vivek Shrotriya and Avadhesh Sharma (former collector) from Tikamgarh, and Anshul Gupta and Roshan Kumar Singh from Vidisha. These Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers have driven remarkable initiatives, advancing education, healthcare, sanitation, and rural development in their respective districts. Among the honorees, Gunche Sanober of Barwani has been instrumental in improving education and healthcare access for tribal communities, while Dr. Rahul Haridas Fating laid the foundation for impactful rural sanitation initiatives. Sudhir Kochar has turned Damoh into a model district with advancements in infrastructure and education. In Dhar, Priyank Mishra has empowered farmers through innovative agricultural programs, boosting productivity. Rishav Gupta and Anup Kumar Singh of Khandwa have championed water conservation and clean drinking water initiatives, earning widespread acclaim. In Niwari, Lokesh Jangid and Arun Kumar Vishwakarma have strengthened community- driven development, fostering trust in governance. Vivek Shrotriya and Avadhesh Sharma of Tikamgarh have focused on expanding education and employment opportunities, while Anshul Gupta and Roshan Kumar Singh of Vidisha have leveraged digital governance to ensure government schemes reach every citizen.
