RailTel Corporation of India Limited and IRCON International Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for “Provisioning of Digital/ICT services by RailTel for use by IRCON. This MoU is proposed to create a framework, within which IRCON and RailTel shall
cooperate to plan, deliver, maintain and use the services of each other. IRCON proposes to provide civil engineering, electrical, to RailTel for developing infrastructure such as building works, data centre facility development, Security Surveillance etc. This will open new
avenues for both the organizations. Puneet Chawla CMD/RailTel and S K Chaudhary, CMD/IRCON along with senior officials from both the organizations were present during the
signing ceremony.
