Three IAS officers in Punjab have been given additional charge to look after the work of 3 IAS officers who are proceeding on leave for Mid Career Training. Accordingly, Pradeep Kumar will also hold charge of Secretary, Health and family Welfare and in addition Mission Director, National Health Mission Punjab and Commissioner, Food & Drug Administration, while Vipul Ujwal gets additional charge of posts of Director, Treasury & Accounts and in addition Special Secretary, Expenditure (Dept of Finance) and MD, Punjab Infrastructure Development Board. Similarly, Mrs Deepti Uppal was given additional charge of Special Secretary and DG, School Education.
