Two IAS officers have been given new portfolios in Gujarat. Milind Torawane is designated as Commissioner, Rural Development and Secretary to Government, Rural Development, Panchayats, Rural Housing and Rural Development Department, while Manoj Kumar Das, ACS, Ports & Transport Department, would hold additional charge of ACS, Panchayats, Rural Housing and Rural Development.
