Two IAS officers have been given new portfolios in Haryana. Vijayendra Kumar, ACS, Cooperation Department, has been assigned an additional charge of ACS, Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare Department, in addition to his present duties, while Dusmanta Kumar Behera, DG and Secretary, Developments & Panchayats, gets additional charge of Secretary, Governor and has been relieved of the charge of DG and Secretary, Industries & Commerce and MSME.
