2009 batch IAS officer Armstrong Pame has been repatriated to his parent cadre in Manipur from the Dept of Higher Education.
Armstrong Pame, a 2009 batch IAS officer of the Manipur cadre, has been granted premature repatriation to his parent cadre. He previously served as the Joint Secretary in the Department of Higher Education.
