NBCC HOLDS 66TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dr. K. P. Mahadevaswamy, Chairman & Managing Director, NBCC, chaired the meeting and addressed the shareholders. He also highlighted the Company’s strong financial performance, business growth and key achievements during the FY 2025-26, while outlining the opportunities being pursued across redevelopment, real estate, institutional infrastructure and international markets.
The AGM was attended by members of the NBCC Board, including Dr. Suman Kumar, Director (Commercial), Shri Anjeev Kumar Jain, Director (Finance), Shri Sanjeet, Government Nominee Director, Shri Vishal Puri, Independent Director and Smt. Deepti Gambhir, Company Secretary.
During his address, Dr. Mahadevaswamy highlighted the Company’s robust financial performance during FY 2025-26. NBCC recorded consolidated revenue of ₹13,195.89 crore, registering a growth of 7.52%, while consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) increased by 33.19% to ₹742.45 crore. On a standalone basis, the Company recorded total income of ₹10,055.45 crore and PAT of ₹703.29 crore, reflecting a growth of 47.72%. The Company secured business worth ₹18,780 crore on a consolidated basis during the year, while its consolidated order book stood at ₹1,27,820 crore as on March 31, 2026.
NBCC also declared its highest-ever dividend totalling of ₹270 crore (@100%) including Final Dividend of Rs. 0.46/- (i.e. 46%) and 1st Interim dividend of Rs. 0.21/- (i.e. 21%) ,2nd Interim dividend of Rs.0.21/- (i.e. 21%) and 3rd Interim dividend of Rs.0.12/- (i.e. 12%) per fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each.
The Company continued to strengthen its position in redevelopment and real estate. In the landmark Amrapali projects, NBCC is executing 38,000 residential units with a sanctioned value of ₹8,598 crore, of which more than 32,550 homes have already been completed and are being handed over. Under Phase-II, the Company is developing additional housing and monetising unused FAR to ensure project sustainability. Similarly, following the Hon’ble Supreme Court’s endorsement, NBCC is overseeing the completion of nearly 50,000 stalled units across 16 Supertech projects with an estimated topline of ₹10,000 crore, under a self-sustainable model without deployment of NBCC’s own funds.
In the 7 GPRA Redevelopment Projects, Amrapali projects and other major redevelopment initiatives. The Company achieved significant milestones in urban redevelopment, including the inauguration of over 1,600 government residential units and office infrastructure, and the foundation laying of more than 6,600 GPRA flats and eight towers of Bharat Business Park. These initiatives reaffirm NBCC’s commitment to creating modern, sustainable urban infrastructure while generating substantial employment opportunities.
NBCC continued to expand its presence in international markets and generated overseas revenue of ₹211.12 crore during the year. A major milestone was the establishment of NBCC Overseas Real Estate LLC in Dubai, making it the first CPSE to enter Dubai’s real estate sector. The Company also strengthened its engagement in Australia, Seychelles, Mauritius and the Maldives. Its flagship social housing project in Hulhumalé, Maldives, reflects NBCC’s capability to deliver quality infrastructure while supporting India’s growing international partnerships.
Dr. Mahadevaswamy reiterated that NBCC’s growth strategy remains anchored in redevelopment, project management consultancy, real estate development, asset monetisation, sustainable infrastructure and overseas expansion. With a strong order book, robust execution pipeline and increasing opportunities in strategic infrastructure and redevelopment, NBCC remains well positioned to contribute to the vision of Viksit Bharat @ 2047.
While concluding, Dr. Mahadevaswamy expressed his sincere appreciation to the Government of India, particularly the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Department of Public Enterprises, DIPAM, SEBI and Ministry of Corporate Affairs, as well as Central and State Government agencies, clients, customers, shramjeevis, shareholders, employees and all other stakeholders for their continued support and confidence in NBCC.
