Former Odisha Chief Secretary and 1989-batch IAS officer P K Jena resigns as OERC Chairperson on personal grounds, effective May 25.
Pradeep Kumar Jena, former Chief Secretary of Odisha, has tendered his resignation as Chairperson of the Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commission (OERC), citing personal reasons for the decision. His relinquishment of the post has been accepted with effect from May 25. A 1989 batch IAS officer, Jena had previously served as one of Odisha's most senior bureaucrats before assuming the regulatory role.
