Rakesh Choudhary, currently an Executive Director in the Railway Board's Safety Directorate-I, has been selected for a three-year deputation as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of the National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) in New Delhi. He is an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE).
