Saravanan Mannai Pathakkam has officially been appointed as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) for Bharat Electronics Ltd. (BEL) in Bengaluru. The 2000 batch IPoS officer will serve an initial tenure of three years overseeing vigilance matters at the state-owned enterprise.
