ACC Grants Ex-Post Facto Nod for S K Singh's Additional Charge at New Mangalore Port
ACC grants ex-post facto approval for S K Singh to hold additional charge as Chairperson of New Mangalore Port Authority from Dec 2025 to May 2026.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has ratified the entrustment of additional charge of Chairperson (Joint Secretary level) at the New Mangalore Port Authority to Sushil Kumar Singh, who concurrently heads the Deendayal Port Authority. The six-month arrangement, covering the period from December 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026, was approved on an ex-post facto basis as part of the government's effort to ensure administrative continuity at major port institutions. Singh is a 1993-batch officer of the Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME).
