Ashutosh Niranjan Returns to UP Cadre for Promotion
Ashutosh Niranjan, a 2010 batch UP cadre IAS officer serving as Private Secretary to Minister Dr. Virendra Kumar, has been repatriated to avail cadre-based promotion.
Ashutosh Niranjan has been granted premature repatriation from his post as Private Secretary to Dr. Virendra Kumar, the Minister for Social Justice. A 2010 batch IAS officer of the UP cadre, Niranjan is returning to his home state to secure promotion benefits available in the cadre.
