Gulab Chand Gupta Transferred to North Western Railway
IRTS officer Gulab Chand Gupta has been relocated from South Eastern Railway to North Western Railway following a personal request.
Gulab Chand Gupta, an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer, has been transferred from South Eastern Railway (SER) to North Western Railway (NWR). The transfer was approved following his own request, and he will be posted within the NWR cadre.
