Hitesh Kumar S Makwana, a 1995 batch IAS officer, has been repatriated to his parent cadre of Tamil Nadu to avail the benefits of a promotion. Prior to this transition, Makwana was serving as the Surveyor General of India under the Department of Science & Technology.
