Ms Aditi Varshney, a 2023 batch IAS officer, has been granted an inter-cadre transfer from Gujarat to Rajasthan on grounds of marriage. Her spouse, IAS Madhav Bharadwaj, is posted in the Rajasthan cadre. The transfer brings the couple under the same administrative cadre in line with established government policy.
