Kerala Executes Sweeping Reshuffle of 15 IAS Officers Across Key Departments

The Kerala government has carried out a large-scale reshuffle, assigning 15 IAS officers to fresh postings across critical departments and districts. Patil Ajit Bhagwatrao has been transferred as Secretary of the Finance (Resources) Department, while P B Nooh takes charge as Commissioner of Goods and Services Tax. Inbasekar K has been appointed Managing Director of the Kerala Water Authority, and Devidas N will serve as Director of the Kerala Institute of Local Administration, with additional charge of Managing Director of Impact Kerala Limited. Arun K Vijayan is posted as Director, Industries Department with additional charge of MD, Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation, while Snehil Kumar Singh will head Collegiate Education as Director, along with additional charge as Commissioner, Entrance Examination. Prem Krishnan S joins as Joint Secretary and OSD in the Health and Family Welfare Department. On the district administration front, Mrs Madhavikutty M S takes charge as Collector of Kozhikode; Nizamudeen A as Collector of Pathanamthitta; Mrs Anie Jula Thomas as Collector of Kollam; Sudhir K as Collector of Palakkad; Shaji V Nair as Collector of Alappuzha; and Vishnuraj P as Collector of Kannur. Arun S Nair has been appointed Director, Social Justice Department, with multiple additional charges, while Sameer Kishan has been posted as Deputy Secretary and OSD in the Industries Department with additional charge of Director, Coir Development.
