U Subba Rao Shifts Laterally to Lead Southern Railway as New General Manager
IRSME officer U Subba Rao laterally transferred as GM Southern Railway Chennai from Integral Coach Factory, strengthening zonal leadership.
U Subba Rao, an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer, has been appointed General Manager of Southern Railway Chennai through a lateral transfer from his role as General Manager at the Integral Coach Factory. Southern Railway is one of the country oldest and most significant rail zones and will benefit from Subba Rao extensive experience in railway manufacturing and operations.
