Vinay Nigam Appointed CEO, MP State Rural Livelihood Mission
Vinay Nigam moves from the MP Textbook Corporation to head the State Rural Livelihood Mission as Chief Executive Officer.
Vinay Nigam, a 2014-batch IAS officer, has been transferred as Chief Executive Officer of the Madhya Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) in Bhopal, according to the order dated June 17, 2026. He previously served as General Manager of the MP Textbook Corporation, a post now taken over by Rohit Singh under the same reshuffle. SRLM coordinates self-help groups and rural livelihood programs across Madhya Pradesh, an area distinct from Nigam's earlier work in textbook publishing and distribution. The transfer was issued by the General Administration Department and signed by Chief Secretary Anurag Jain on behalf of the Governor, effective immediately.
