CBSE Secretary Himanshu Gupta Sent Back to Parent Cadre on Administrative Grounds
CBSE Secretary Himanshu Gupta prematurely repatriated to MHA on administrative grounds with an extended cooling-off period imposed.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the premature repatriation of Himanshu Gupta, Secretary of CBSE, to his parent cadre in the Ministry of Home Affairs. A 2012-batch IAS officer from the AGMUT cadre, Gupta early return has been sanctioned on administrative grounds with an extended cooling-off condition before any fresh central deputation assignment.
