Delhi DANICS Officers Reshuffled; New Postings in Trade and Taxes, DJB and Secretariat

The Delhi government has also carried out a reshuffle of officers belonging to the Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands Civil Service (DANICS), with several officials receiving fresh postings across departments. MK Dwivedi has been posted as Additional Secretary, Urban Development. Dharmendra Kumar has been posted as Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate, Old Delhi. Shamim Akhtar Tamanna takes charge as Special Secretary, Administrative Reforms. Shubhakar Ghosh will serve as Additional Commissioner, Trade and Taxes. Vaibhav Rikhari and Vinay Kumar Jindal have both been posted as Director at Delhi Jal Board (DJB), one of the city's key civic utilities. Rajesh Chaudhary will serve as Secretary to the Minister handling Industries, Food and Supplies, while Mukesh Rajoria has been posted as Secretary to the Minister for Health and Family Welfare. Sudhakar has been posted as Additional Director, Training and Technical Education. Ankur Meshram will serve as Secretary to the Minister, Social Welfare, and Ranjeet Kumar as Secretary to the Minister, Law and Justice. Himanshu Yadav takes charge as Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Headquarters), Divisional Commissioner's Office. Pawan Kumar has been posted as Superintendent, Prisons. Mohinder Singh has been posted as Assistant Controller, Weights and Measures. These DANICS officer movements are part of the broader Delhi government administrative reshuffle and cover a range of civil, utility, and ministerial secretariat functions.
