Former Kerala CS V P Joy, a 1987-batch IAS officer, is expected to be appointed as Principal Advisor to the Kerala Chief Minister.
V P Joy, who previously served as Kerala's Chief Secretary, is reportedly in line to be appointed as Principal Advisor to the Chief Minister of Kerala. A 1987-batch IAS officer of the Kerala cadre, Joy's return to active advisory duties would see an experienced hand guiding the CM's office.
