IFS officer Dr Pradeep Singh Rajpurohit appointed as India's next Ambassador to Bahrain; currently serving as High Commissioner to Trinidad and Tobago.
The government has appointed Dr Pradeep Singh Rajpurohit, currently serving as India's High Commissioner to Trinidad and Tobago, as the next Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Bahrain. A 2004-batch Indian Foreign Service officer, Rajpurohit brings extensive diplomatic experience to his new role in West Asia, a region of strategic importance for India's foreign policy and energy interests.
