IPS Officer Hargobinder Singh Dhaliwal Transferred from Andaman & Nicobar to Delhi
Senior IPS officer Hargobinder Singh Dhaliwal of the 1997-batch AGMUT cadre has been transferred from Andaman & Nicobar Islands to Delhi with immediate effect.
Hargobinder Singh Dhaliwal, a 1997-batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer belonging to the AGMUT (Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram and Union Territories) cadre, has been transferred from Andaman & Nicobar Islands to Delhi with immediate effect. The transfer marks a significant change of posting for the senior officer, who moves from the island territory to the national capital. Dhaliwal's redeployment to Delhi is part of a broader reshuffle within the AGMUT cadre, which simultaneously saw the appointment of a new police chief for the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
