Manish Agarwal, an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer, has been appointed General Manager of the Integral Coach Factory (ICF) in Chennai. ICF is among the world largest railway coach manufacturing facilities. Agarwal appointment comes as ICF ramps up output to meet rising demand for Vande Bharat and other modern rolling stock.
