Those empanelled include Manoj Kaushik (2001 batch, Jharkhand), Dumbere Milind Mahadeo (2006 batch, AGMUT), S Premlatha (2006 batch, Bihar), R V Asari (2006 batch, Gujarat), Chandra Kishore Mina (2006 batch, Maharashtra), B Sumathi (2006 batch, Telangana), Akash Kulhary (2006 batch, UP), Manoj Kumar (2006 batch, UP), Akhilesh Kumar Singh (2003 batch, Assam-Meghalaya), Ashok Kumar (2003 batch, Gujarat), H Thanghaulien Gangte (2003 batch, Manipur), Manoj Tiwari (2003 batch, Sikkim), and Dhruv Gupta (2005 batch, Chhattisgarh). The empanelment enables them to be considered for senior-level central postings.
