Piyush Anand to Continue as Director General of NDRF
NDRF Director General Piyush Anand has received a one-year tenure extension.
The service tenure of Piyush Anand, currently serving as the Director General of the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), has been extended by the government. The extension is set for a period of one year beyond March 30, 2026. Anand is a 1991 batch IPS officer belonging to the Uttar Pradesh cadre.
