Vinod Kumar Tripathi, the Joint Secretary for the Ministry of Steel, has been given the additional responsibility of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) for the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL). He is a 1995 batch IRSE-Civil officer.
