Bhuvnesh Kumar Gupta Appointed CAO/C at Central Railway
IRSE officer Bhuvnesh Kumar Gupta has been transferred to the Central Railway to serve as the Chief Administrative Officer/Construction.
Following a transfer from the Northern Railway, where he served as Chief Administrative Officer/Construction/RSP, Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer Bhuvnesh Kumar Gupta has joined the Central Railway. He has been officially posted as the Chief Administrative Officer/Construction (CAO/C).
