Himanshu Goswami Takes Charge as PCE at ICF
IRSE officer Himanshu Goswami has been transferred from the North Central Railway and posted as Principal Chief Engineer at the Integral Coach Factory (ICF).
Himanshu Goswami, an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer, has been transferred to the Integral Coach Factory (ICF) to serve as the Principal Chief Engineer (PCE). His previous assignment was in the North Central Railway (NCR).
