Portfolio Reshuffle: Three IAS Officers Assigned New Charges in Punjab
Three IAS officers get new postings in Punjab. Sirra Karuna Raju appointed Principal Resident Commissioner in Delhi; Gurkirat Kirpal Singh and Harsuhinder Pal Singh Brar take on expanded portfolios in social security and IT sectors.
In a significant administrative update, three IAS officers in Punjab have been handed new responsibilities. Sirra Karuna Raju has been positioned as the Principal Resident Commissioner at Punjab Bhawan in New Delhi. Gurkirat Kirpal Singh assumes the role of Administrative Secretary for Social Security, Women & Child Development, while simultaneously managing the departments of Industries and Commerce, Investment Promotion, and Information Technology Industry. Additionally, Harsuhinder Pal Singh Brar, the current Director of Higher Education, has been entrusted with the additional charge of Managing Director at Punjab Information and Communication Technology Corporation Limited (Punjab INFOTECH).
