Dipti Mohil Chawla's Central Deputation Extended by One Year
ACC approves one-year extension of central deputation for Dipti Mohil Chawla, IDAS officer and Additional Secretary, Defence Ministry.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved a one-year extension of the central deputation tenure for Ms. Dipti Mohil Chawla, Additional Secretary in the Department of Defence, Ministry of Defence. Her extended tenure, effective from May 6, 2026, will now continue until May 6, 2027. A 1995-batch Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS) officer, Chawla's extension reflects the government's recognition of her continued contributions to defence financial administration at the Centre.
