Four officers from the State Civil Service of Meghalaya have been promoted to the Indian Administrative Service against the Select List of 2024 and allocated to the Assam-Meghalaya Joint Cadre.
The promoted officers are Rikse R Marak, Aitinolin L Mawlong, Mary Sonty N Marak, and Ibashisha Mawlong, a cohort who built their careers within Meghalaya's state civil service before becoming eligible for this promotion consideration.
