Karnataka Government Transfers 14 IAS Officers in Fresh Administrative Reshuffle
Karnataka government carries out fresh transfers of 14 IAS officers, including changes at BDA, KSRTC, NHM and the Resident Commissioner post in New Delhi.
The Karnataka government has transferred 14 IAS officers in a fresh administrative reshuffle, covering a range of postings from district-level roles to state corporations and inter-state positions. Major Manivannan P. (IAS-KA-1998), Commissioner of the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA), has been given concurrent charge of Commissioner, Directorate of Urban Land Transport. Imkongla Jamir M. (IAS-KA-2002), moving from Resident Commissioner in New Delhi, takes over as Secretary, Coordination, Karnataka Bhawan, Delhi. Sameer Shukla (IAS-KA-2005), who was Secretary (Coordination) at Karnataka Bhawan, Delhi, moves in to take charge as Resident Commissioner, Karnataka, New Delhi. Dr. Prasad N.V. (IAS-KA-2004) moves from Secretary, Transport Department to Secretary, Backward Classes Welfare. Thulasi Maddineni (IAS-KA-2005) transitions from Backward Classes Welfare to Secretary, Higher Education. Randeep D. (IAS-KA-2006) takes over as Secretary, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development. Sivakumar K.B. (IAS-KA-2010) moves from MD, Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) to MD, Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC). Akram Pasha (IAS-KA-2012), the outgoing KSRTC MD, moves to Mission Director, National Health Mission. Ram Prasad Manohar V. (IAS-KA-2010) gets concurrent charge of Commissioner, Tourism alongside his Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation role. Sateesha B.C. (IAS-KA-2012) moves from Director, MSME to Commissioner, Agriculture. Raghunandan Murthy (IAS-KA-2014) shifts from Commissioner of Treasuries to MD, BMTC. Nitish K. (IAS-KA-2015) moves from Deputy Commissioner, Raichur to Director, Municipal Administration with concurrent charge for Greater Bengaluru Authority. Gyanendra Kumar Gangwar (IAS-KA-2016) moves from MD, Karnataka Urban Water Supply and Drainage Board to Director, MSME. Gajanan Bale (IAS-KA-2022) moves from Raichur as CEO, Zila Panchayat, Bagalkot, with concurrent charge for the Upper Krishna Project's resettlement and land acquisition wing.
