PESB recommends Rekha Pandey of Coal India for Director (Personnel) at Mahanadi Coalfields Limited.
The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Rekha Pandey, currently General Manager (HR/CSR) at Coal India Limited, for the post of Director (Personnel) at Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL), a Schedule B central public sector enterprise. MCL operates under the Ministry of Coal and is one of Coal India's largest subsidiaries by output, running mining operations concentrated in Odisha. The Director (Personnel) post is a board-level role overseeing human resources and industrial relations at the company. The recommendation now goes to the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet for final clearance before formal appointment.
